Bioenergetic Analysis has no boundaries or distances.

I am a student of the Moscow Training Group. I've been learning Portuguese since 2021 and in 2022 received an offer to do a year-long BA therapy in a group led by Dante Moretti and Osvaldo Santana Filho.

At the beginning it was a huge challenge for me because of the difficulty in understanding and expressing feelings in Portuguese. 

At the same time the group helped me safely go through the most stressful events that happened in my home country and my family.

Bioenergetic truly has no boundaries or distances. The depth and power of an exercise is multiplied in group work and with the caring support of the therapists.

I gained invaluable experience of working and living through all the stages of development, coping with a deep sense of fear and shame, and gaining a deep understanding of my defense mechanisms and character structure.

Several months after completion, I still hold in my heart the warmth of my colleagues, their support, and non-judging attitude, which were crucial to how I personally changed during our time together.
