Introduction:
I am a French-Canadian based in Singapore. I am currently completing my certification in Bioenergetic Analysis under the supervision of Guy Tonella (IIBA international trainer, clinical psychologist, and director of CFAB-Toulouse) and with the help of Jianpu Lui and her China Training group in Shanghai. My training was completed under the guidance of Denis Royer and Louise Frechette at the Société Québécoise d'Analyse Bioénergétique (SOQAB-Montréal). But due to my Permanent Residency process in Singapore, I have just recently been able to pursue my certification and restart my practice at the Holistic Psychotherapy Center, where I work under the guidance of Dr. Sunita Rai to integrate somatic approaches into Cognitive Behavioral interventions. I particularly welcome teenagers, parents, and teachers dealing with personal dilemmas related to school. My work focuses on school motivation, psychosocial skills, positive parenting, and technology misuse. Additionally, I offer personalized support to adults seeking to resolve various personal issues.
