Dear Friends and Colleagues,
The Scientific Committee is inviting you to share yourself and your professional experience with the 2025 IIBA conference attendees by leading a workshop at the upcoming conference to be held October 8-12, 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.(*)
We ask that you shape your workshop description and materials in a way that is consistent with the conference theme: "The Uniqueness of Bioenergetic Analysis: Synthesizing psychoanalytic and contemporary perspectives in the embodied practice". We trust that this theme will allow you the opportunity to take your presentation in a “bioenergetic” direction that fits your experience and expertise.
Let the description of the theme, and its potential development of various topics, help you as it may to assist you in developing your workshop materials. Please take some time to “feel” into these ideas and questions and let your passion direct your interest to stimulate others in developing a deeper understanding of their personal and professional process.
We will give priority to workshops that focus on the themes of the conference.

(*) Please note that you must be a registered attendee of the conference in order to present a workshop.
How to submit a proposal ?
First, please carefully read the conference theme and its potential various topics.
Then, in order to submit a proposal, go below to get the form and guidelines to prepare your workshop submission.
Workshops will be 2 hours. If you would like 4 hours, please note you want a part 1 and part 2.
It is extremely important that you provide a clear explanation of the proposed workshop for the planning committee to use in our decision-making.
We will give priority to those workshops that are compliant with Continuing Education (CEU) requirements.
Once your proposal is ready, please send it to the Scientific Committee at iibaconf2025.ws.submission@gmail.com.
Proposal submission deadline: March 2, 2025
Our deadline is set to allow us sufficient time to prepare and review our CEU paperwork and send it to the company that is handling CEUs for the conference.
We will notify accepted workshop presenters by May 15, 2025.
Note: If you are a candidate for IIBA faculty and need a presentation as part of your application, please indicate it on your proposal.
