I have worked with trauma and sexual abuse. I work with adolescents and adults. It is my belief that a lot of healing can occur by having someone being present and bearing witness to their story. I work intuitively and through relationship with my clients.

I qualified as a counsellor in the UK in 1999. I have also completed a 4 year Bioenergetic psychotherapy training in NZ in 2013. I am a Registered Psychotherapist since 2017. Bioenergetic Analysis is a specific form of body-psychotherapy which helps release chronic muscular tensions and promote physical and psychological healing. In this way, people can engage in life and relationships more fully.

I am ACC accredited and I have a thriving private practice doing this work with Theramas. I also been co-facilitated a therapeutic group for mothers at Jigsaw Whanganui from 2004-21. I am a member of NZAP, IIBA (International Institute for Bioenergetic Analysis) and PBANZ.
