He, she, they are a ‘narcissist’ has become a term of contempt in modern society.
We are all ‘narcissists’. Narcissism is the set of developmental dynamics, structures, and processes by which people develop, sustain, and manage self-esteem. There are pathological forms of narcissistic functioning, and deformations of narcissistic structures. Bioenergetic Analysis gives us a very direct way to contact the effects of healthy and unhealthy forms of inspiration and deflation, corresponding to self-esteem and adjustments to self-esteem, or chronic self-denigration, or even absence of self-valuation.
This webinar examines and contacts these phenomena directly. It also explains the implications of the somatopsychic organization of these dynamics and structures for the understanding of personality organization.
