EHABE: Workshop with Vincentia Schroeter

20 people from Andalucia, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and the Basque Country have attended our workshop about "applications of the polyvagal theory to bioenergetic analysis". We have really enjoyed and learned a lot with Vincentia. We have also taken the opportunity to get together as the Iberian community of Bioenergetic Analysis.

Vincentia Schroeter, PhD, an IIBA faculty member from the USA, was invited to teach a two day training in San Sebastian, to advanced Bioenergetic therapists. Participants came from the Basque country, Madrid, Barcelona, and Salamanca for a course on incorporating Polyvagal Theory into Bioenergetic practice.

"San Sebastian/Donostia is one of the most beautiful places in the world. We walked aside the river along a lovely promenade filled with the smell of lobster and paella from Via Fora. In the north, we caught sight of people swimming, sunning, or surfing on Concha Bay. The pinxos and other food was delicious and the company was warm and welcoming. I want to thank Carmen, Alberto, Jaime, the other hosts, and all the enthusiastic Bioenergetic participants for joining me on this unforgettable adventure."
